In early 2006 I conducted a thorough analysis of Healthwork's business. It was the most detailed look we had ever taken of the whole business. As a result of my findings, and a decision to change the focus of the business, a significant restructure was implemented. My own role was divided up and made redundant.
We keep in touch and parted on very good terms. This including being able to continue a part of the business I had introduced promoting laptop stands.
